Wanting to be more present in the lives of their three young children, their real estate journey began in 1983 and quickly grew through friends and family. Their grown daughters have now joined the Bill White Homes team and are also providing guidance now to 3rd generation clients.

Living by the Golden Rule and digging deep into their Irish roots they branded the business with a very whimsical green shamrock logo; furthermore, trademarking the words "Sale Agreed®".

“In Ireland, when a home goes under contract they say it is a Sale Agreed,” Mary shares. “We brought that to our business as well. We use the hashtags #followthegreen and #saleagreed® in our social media as well.

Their team approach uses combined knowledge, experience and skills to provide the expertise and service customers and clients deserve. They pride themselves on being attentive to the challenges people face whether financially, socially or physically, and guide careful consideration for all options.

Baird and Warner continually upgrades their technology applications to include CRM which connects the team directly to clients providing continually updates on home searches. Digital applications including Drones are also used for marketing materials, and a local multiple listing service opens access to tax records and sales information in all zip codes.

Through persistence, dedication, and well-practiced negotiating, a genuine partnership of trust and friendship is formed in assisting people with finding their forever home.
